Introduction

With over 14 years of combined experience in governance and advisory board roles, I've gathered a lot of experience, from a wide range of sectors and scenarios.

• Not for profits, charitable trusts, community organisations and sporting bodies.
• Private sector, multiple private companies, specialising in technology businesses and B2B service providers.

I started investing in my governance education and training journey in 2011 and continue to invest in it to this day. In 2016 I took this to the next level and completed the week long Companies Directors Course with the New Zealand Institute of Directors (IoD), followed by the charter member assessment process.

The conclusion of these efforts saw me awarded the status of Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors (CMInstD) in 2016. I continue to hold this status, as a result of ongoing education, retraining and continuing to add to my governance experience.
